My name is Casey Harp. At 44 years old, I consider myself nothing more than an adventurous kid. By trade, I am a plumber, but at heart, I remain a child, captivated by the wonders of the world around me. Some say I can talk to animals 😁. Some people joke that in a past life, I must have been an Native American who couldn't keep track of
My name is Casey Harp. At 44 years old, I consider myself nothing more than an adventurous kid. By trade, I am a plumber, but at heart, I remain a child, captivated by the wonders of the world around me. Some say I can talk to animals 😁. Some people joke that in a past life, I must have been an Native American who couldn't keep track of my belongings, as I now find myself on a quest to collect remnants of a thousand years of history! The Adventures kid inside me fills my days, reminding me that life is meant to be enjoyed.
I am married to my best friend, Angela, and together we are proud parents to five grown sons who have blossomed into remarkable men. Each day, my primary goal is to make a difference in every moment. Life is made up of these fleeting moments, and I believe it is essential to stop merely existing as a human being and start actively becoming a human doing. In every moment, I aim to give my best effort, as I wholeheartedly believe that our character is shaped by the actions we take during those little moments we encounter daily.
Reflecting on my journey, I realize that the most profound connections and memorable experiences often arise in the simplest interactions—a shared smile, an encouraging word, or an adventure in nature with my family. These moments may be brief, but they carry significant weight, shaping who we are and the legacy we leave behind.
As I navigate this rollercoaster called life, I am continually reminded of the importance of being present. Whether I'm tinkering with plumbing projects, sharing laughter with my sons, or enjoying quiet moments with Angela, I strive to immerse myself fully in each experience. After all, it's the little things that cultivate a life rich in meaning.
In conclusion, we must embrace our adventurous spirit, connect with those around us, and thrive in the beauty of the present. Let us all commit to becoming human doings—actively engaging in life—so that we can truly make a difference in the world, one magnificent moment at a time. Adventure awaits, and it's there for those who choose to see what God has created for us to see .
